Stripe Express Accounts for Lounges

When you enable paid ticketing in Lounge, you’ll be asked to set up a Stripe Express account. This account lets your lounge collect money and receive payouts.

Updating your Stripe details

You can update the following anytime via the Lounge app (which links to Stripe):

  • Bank/debit account

  • Your legal name, address, and date of birth

  • Other verification information as required

If information is missing or outdated, payouts may be paused until you update your account. Ticket sales will usually continue, unless Stripe legally requires charges to stop (for example, if ID verification is overdue).

Co-hosts and Stripe

Only the Stripe account owner for the lounge can update payout or verification details.
